I make every effort to display colors accurately in the photographs on my website, however, due to numerous variations in the settings of computer monitors, I can’t guarantee that the colors that you are seeing on your screen are the exact colors of the items.
All items on the website are available for order, in all materials listed. The retail price is noted with each item. Lead times to create pieces will vary, but most pieces will ship in 2 weeks.
I package all purchases in pretty, silver colored organza drawstring bags – free of charge – which are perfect for sending gifts!
Shipping:
Shipping and handling fees also apply and two shipping options are available, USPS and UPS. USPS First Class is $3 for the first item and $.75 for each additional item. Standard Ground UPS is $12. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional charge to be determined. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Return Policy:
GBD is confident that you will be thrilled with your handmade jewelry selections. However, should the item not meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange or refund the unused/unworn item within 20 days of date of purchase with proof of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number which is obtained by emailing Gabrielle Becker Designs at gabrielle@gabriellebecker.com or contacting the Gabrielle at 952-484-9910. Customer assumes all shipping charges and insurance to return items to Gabrielle Becker Designs. When return authorization number is obtained, the item(s) can be returned. The return address will be provided upon return approval.
Please include return authorization number on the return box/envelope and/or on the shipping label.
Repairs:
Gabrielle Becker Designs offers to repair any piece of GBD jewelry, and can do basic repairs of other jewelry upon request. Pricing will be an estimate until the piece is received and assessed. Materials may have to be substituted due to the unique nature and/or rarity of some of the components used in many of my designs.
Pearl Restringing:
GBD offers pearl restringing! We charge by the inch but other factors will affect the cost:
1. The size of the pearls – larger pearls are less costly, smaller pearls cost more,
2. The length of your necklace,
3. Turn around time that you request,
4. Shipping insurance required to get them back to you,
5. If you need pearls added to your necklace for a better fit,
6. If your beads do NOT require knots all the way around the necklace, the cost will be less.
Call or email us if you need a necklace restrung and/or with any questions you may have. We will go over it in detail so that we both are on the same page as to the finished product. Telephone contact is preferable.
We recommend that you send your package with signature confirmation and/or insurance depending on the value (to you) of the pearls.
We will photograph everything received for both our protection and email a copy back to you.
Once your order is finished – We will photograph it and return it to you via insured shipping.
From the chart below you can see an estimated cost but we will not start on the project until an exact price has been communitcated and accepted. These prices do NOT include a new clasp mechanism. In the case that you want or need a new clasp, we can help you with that too.
Pricing for Cultured Pearls restringing~
Using a 6mm pearl as a baseline, estimated costs to restring are:
1 – 6 pearls: $20 (usually centered on a chain)
7 – 14 pearls: $25 (usually centered on a chain)
15 – 25 pearls: $25 (larger pearl (8-10mm) bracelets)
26 – 40 pearls: $30 (most bracelets)
50 – 70 pearls: $55 (16″-18″ choker length necklace)
71 – 80 pearls: $65 (18″-20″ Princess length necklace)
81 – 100 pearls: $80 (22″-24″ Matinee length necklace)
101 – 140 pearls: $105 (24″-30″ Opera length necklace)
